Small Business - Facelift on a Commodity Product
Over ten weeks Suki redesigned workshop flow and wrote all-new companion manuals for both facilitators and participants. The new design and materials support a standard workshop delivery, with emphasis on consistent quality for every participant and value-added take away materials to serve as a reference after the events. These products allow the client to have multiple facilitators deliver the workshop which was previously delivered by only one person, and the take away materials create an opportunity to generate additional revenue.

Publicly Held Manufacturing Company
Suki redesigned the client's Introduction to Lean Six Sigma workshop flow and workbook for use throughout Liebert North America. As a starting point, Suki worked with the client to precisely identify the desired outcomes for the workshop, which were previously undefined causing confusion for facilitators and participants alike. By leveraging existing content to minimize the investment and adapting it to support the outcomes envisioned by the client, Suki delivered a custom program in six weeks. The new materials include presentational content and a participant manual, delivered at a fraction of the cost to license from a commercial provider, and in far less time. The new products support the quality improvement initiative within both the manufacturing and transactional areas of the business.

Training Evaluation at Fortune 100 Company
Suki evaluated a three-day training event presented by a manufacturer for its. The engagement focused on improving the evaluation techniques used to solicit feedback from attendees, on grooming product managers for improved presentation skills, on transforming materials, and on finding new strategies to leverage impact over activity in deploying the training across nearly seventy thousand distributors and contractors. Suki's recommendations, provided to the client in less time than requested, were incorporated into subsequent similar events.

360-Degree Feedback
In an innovative approach to defining personal performance for education professionals, Suki brought 360-degree feedback into an elementary school with a customized training. The response to this departure from the norm earned Suki and her team a score of eight out of a possible 10 in three short workshops - a quick-hit approach that is still yielding returns and keeping faculty & staff discussing performance in a productive new way.
